This pretty jumper pattern is available in sizes 28™50 inches and is knitted in Jamieson & Smith 2ply jumper weight yarn. This yarn is the equivalent of a standard 4 ply. The jumper is knitted in four separate pieces and uses a combination of Fairisle and Intarsia techniques. Full making up instructions are also included.

Shaping is based on the classic 1940s silhouette and incorporates iconic box sleeve head of the period. The jumper is designed to be worn fitted at the waist.

Materials

Jamieson & Smith 2 Ply Jumper Weight Yarn (100% Shetland wool) - knits up as a 4 ply (fingering weight) yarn (115 m/125 yds per 25 gm ball)

Main Colour - shade 93 - 10 (10, 11, 11, 12, 13) balls
Contrast Colour - shade 1 - 1(1, 1, 1, 2, 2) balls

4 Buttons
2.75 mm (US 2) straight needles
3.25 mm (US 4) straight needles (plus an extra needle for three needle bind off)
2.75 mm (US 2) circular needle
